    A summary of your interface activity, the dashboard lets you know the latest activity and alerts.

    Status Board

    The heart of the application, status board provides a place to monitor the status of any interface. Click "Refresh" and all your functional tests are performed in seconds. Color coded to alert you when there are issues.

    Issue Tracking

    The issue tracker helps your help desk pinpoint interface issues and report them to your analysts.

  • User Request Form Management - is a tool that any organization can use to manage user access requests and the complex work IT departments need to perform to fullfill these requests
  • Report Track - lets your IT department manage report requests and requests for changes to reports.  Access current and prior versions of reports and communicate report assignments to analysts and completion of reports to users.  Users run reports from the same interface where they make and track their requests.
